It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lucian Costica Tone—devoted husband, proud father, and loyal friend.
Born in Romania on March 24, 1934 to Paraschiva and Niculae Tone, Lucian embodied determination, charm, and sharp wit. He expressed his love through quiet acts of loyalty and the deep pride he felt for those closest to him.
Lucian adored his wife Zoica, celebrated his Romanian heritage, and nourished a lifelong passion for history, travel, good food, and the faithful companionship of his dog Rocco. A gifted and disciplined engineer, he forged a distinguished career built on focus and hard work.
Family was Lucian’s greatest joy. To his sons, Radu and Luki, he was a loving and dependable father; to friends, an unwavering confidant; and to all who knew him, a man who lived life fully and on his own terms.
His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched and the enduring lessons he taught us.
