Q: Describe where Franklin worked and what they did
A: I worked with Frank during my time in System Operations. Frank was one of my mentors and partners on the District Operators Desk. Frank taught me to "operate" not "analyze" and that ability has continued in my thinking ever since. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient. Frank was a great person who will be truly missed.

Frank left many memories of his work ethic and he will be missed. I left the company in 2002 and still remember his approach to arguing a procedure or plan. He was relentless and always focused but had a great sense of humor. May he rest in peace

Q: How would you describe Franklin to someone who had never met them?
A: Frank is a pleasure to work with, particularly those long mid-night shifts. He is funny and loves to share personal stories. I recall we had good laugh over a cold beer & nice juicy burger at Jackson Hole after work. I will miss you my friend. RIP. ~Peter
