Dear Joey, Every day without you is horrible but some are far worse such as today. Joey was born eighteen years ago today and I cannot believe that in this cruel life you are not here for it. This is the last thing any of us could have imagined would happen. I know you are here in spirit and I look at the photos of that day all the time. I cannot even imagine all you would have done for him to celebrate his birthday. I know his birth was the happiest day of your life and you were there for me the whole time. Dear Joey, A year ago this week we were going to Toronto. Your platelet counts were low but you had been stuck in the hospital for so long that you were determined to travel. Dana and Joey, I'm truly sorry about Joe's passing. I worked with him at Merrill Lynch and when he left, I really had a hard time with that. I actually emailed him for help and he was happy to when he could. He was great at what he did and many people were upset when we lost him just as a Co worker back then. We kept in touch especially with GIANTS and The Walking Dead. He was a great person and talked with pride of his family. I will continue to pray for you all and I will miss my friend. Dana and Joey,My family and I are deeply saddened and sorrowful.Joe was my second cousin.I remember when he was born and Ann and Joe,his parents,would pay visits to my Uncle's bungalow in Holbrook.His dad,who lived in Florida near me,was always mentioning how proud he was of his son and Grandson.As I am writing this tears are flowing.May GOD continue to give you the strength to carry on.Joe will always be with you in spirit.God Bless.
