Memories made during our childhood days are always more than precious. School summer vacations were mostly spent in Trivandrum with my maternal aunt and by tradition we made the visits in a large group to near and dear relatives’ homes. Leela chechi’s home was a priority and was never missed- As children, we looked forward to eating hot banana or jackfruit chips a seasonal delight during the summer months - off the stove- served with a smile by Leela chechi, during our visits-!! She would also always ask- would you like more? Oh God, thank you for making it all happen!
Today as I remember those beautiful days, I am with you, dear Letha in prayers for your beloved departed Mother.
